Lilly joined the firm from the retail banking channel where she was serving the bank customers as a personal branch banker. The role suited Lilly’s strengths and passions to help people. She has been diligently crafting this skillset for over a decade. In looking for a an even higher level of professional involvement and accountability, our role of Client Service Specialist was an ideal fit.
Lilly has hit the ground running here at WPP and has set a high bar for herself to ensure her responsibilities of resolving client inquiries and providing white glove client support and service is achieved. Her get it done attitude and willingness to collaborate and learn from her other team members here at WPP will enable her to provide you a well delivered client service experience.

Growing up in Strongsville, Lilly comes from a small family who value honesty and hard work. She brings those same traits to her role while understanding that each client has their own set of unique needs. Her experience extends into the marketing field and we look forward to leveraging her talents in that area to improve our reach.
