Ben Cray, a lifetime west side Clevelander is our Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, Ben is to be accessible to all of our clients to serve as an extension of the personal advice and planning strategies they receive from Joel. Not only will Ben be there when a need arises, but he is tasked with the mission to be proactive in ensuring you stay well informed on any important changes happening in the financial world that may impact your planning with WPP.
Ben, as a graduate of The Ohio State University has experience in the financial services industry along with other customer relationship management roles where he leveraged his people skills to ensure the satisfaction of the client was maintained and expanded.
Ben’s family is one of integrity and consistency. Showing up and performing to the best of your ability along with including an attitude of getting it right. These qualities are important in his role as a CRS where detail counts. There are often, many follow-up tasks, needed for you, whose expeditious completion will be Ben’s responsibility.
An avid outdoorsman and Cleveland Browns fan, Ben’s favorite season in Cleveland is the Fall and Winter. He gets to exercise his passion for the being outside at his family cabin in southern Ohio and communicate his optimism that positive results are well within reach!
Ben resides in Fairview Park with his wife Marley and their dogs Bo and Blue. He and his wife are expecting their first child here later this fall.
